A laser is our most popular procedure and is a higher-density treatment that offers profound results where skin damage has occurred at a deeper level, beneath the uppermost layer of the skin. The results have giving patients back the young skin.
A laser skin resurfacing procedure is ideal for reducing wrinkle lines, uneven pigment, lift and tighten eyelids, and sun-damaged skin.
Multi-Functional Laser 1064/532
Designed to remove pigmentation and aged spots and tattoo removal.
ND YAG Laser comes in 2 wavelengths, 1064 nm and 532 nm. It is a non-ablative laser, which means that there is no break in skin tissue continuity during the treatment. It is designed to target pigment cells. This specific wavelength are absorbed by pigments (melanin) and the resultant heat will cause generation and reproduction of waves that cause damage to the cells containing pigment. These damaged cells will then be cleared from the site resulting in lightening of the pigmented site.
Skin Treatment Benefits
The laser uses Q-switched technology which targets the ink within your skin. It safely emits light and energy to the pigment, which makes up the tattoo. This causes the ink to break down into microscopic pieces that are safely flushed out through your body’s lymphatic system.
Skin tag is a tiny, benign, out pouching of skin that is typically connected to the underlying skin by a thin stalk. Skin tags look like tiny bits of "hanging" skin and typically occur in sites where clothing rubs against the skin or where there is skin-to-skin friction, such as the underarms, neck, upper chest, and groin. Getting rid of skin tags do not cause more to grow. Although some skin tags may fall off spontaneously.
Cherry angiomas can occur anywhere on the body, though they are most often found on the trunk. They can vary in size but are often less than 1/4 inch in diameter. They most often appear on the body after the age of 30. While cherry angiomas are noncancerous and do not cause harm, they may be removed if they are bleeding or for cosmetic reasons. The most common types of removal are laser, freezing. Removal typically does not cause scarring
